The Terms are effective upon acceptance and govern the relationship between you and us including the provision of any of the Services on our Site. In the event the Terms conflict with any other document / policy / content on our Site, the Terms will prevail over them, for the purposes of usage of the Site. Any express waiver or failure to exercise promptly any right under the Terms will not create a continuing waiver or any expectation of non-enforcement. Services:
You are responsible for your acts and omissions. Site is only a venue to connect Students and Tutors, in the event that you have any dispute with other user, you release the Expert Buddy (and our parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, joint ventures, consultants, successors and assigns) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. As independent contractors hired by Students, Tutors or representative of the institutes control the methods, materials and all aspects of the lessons.The Expert Buddy reserves the right to withdraw or modify aspects of the Expert Buddy service, or the entirety of it, when and where we have legal or commercial reasons to do so. There may also be times when The Expert Buddy (TEB) service becomes inaccessible as a result of technical difficulties experienced by The Expert Buddy or on the Internet; we will, however, use reasonable skill and care to overcome these difficulties where they are within our control.

Payment Terms , Methods and Grade Assurance Policy:
We need at least 50% appointment fee and balance as on date as per terms of the firm for booking confirmation.We have grade assurance policy as per terms of the firm.
We accept payment only with verified bank transfer/ Transfer Wise / Visa / MasterCard/ Amex Direct Billing / Skrill / Paypal for security of online transactions.
Demo classes / Sample questions help are on chargeable basis with prior appointment only.You only need to pay 50% in advance (to book my appointment time) and balance as on date to get confirmation from our side and be satisfied with the quality of the session or appointment help.
Reservation of Rights :
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

Governing law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws, without regard to choice of law rules. Any controversy, claim, suit, injury or damage shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any controversy, claim, suit, injury or damage of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore ,Karnataka and judgment of the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.The Expert Buddy may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Bangalore , Karnataka necessary to protect its rights pending the completion of arbitration. Each party shall assume its own costs of arbitration.
Entire agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Expert Buddy relating to their subject matter, and cancel and supersede any prior versions of the Terms. You may not assign or otherwise transfer the Terms or any right granted hereunder. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use The Expert Buddy or third-party products or services.
