In case of a dispute, if a student and tutor can’t come to a mutual settlement, whatever decision we make will be final.
We take a 20% fee as arbitrage fee which is taken from the client’s account:
10% of this 20% is fixed and is non-refundable applicable for partial refund/ credits
If you are eligible for full refund from the expert as per terms of the firm , we still keep the 10% fixed fee plus taxes as platform charges and return the remaining 90% either by PayPal or to your source account / original payment mode as per terms of the firm.
